Consultations are usually carried out on the day of your appointment as part of your service. However, if you are concerned about your hair and would like to discuss issues such as excess thinning or shedding, extreme breakage, balding, scalp concerns, or whether your hair is long enough for a specific style, we can arrange a WhatsApp consultation in advance. This allows us to assess your situation and advise you on the best options before you book.
